Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
We absolutely love cleaning with dogs! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs displaying any signs of aggression stay indoors while we clean. The safety of our team is our highest priority. If your dog shows aggression towards our team, you will be asked to keep them inside or we may need to remove your home from our cleaning route. Thank you for understanding!
Does Pooper Dooper clean the entire yard?
At Pooper Dooper, we’re excited to help you maintain a clean and enjoyable space by tackling any dog waste challenges—whether in your front yard, backyard, side garden, or dog run. Just be sure to highlight these areas on your onboarding form!
How do you protect the safety of my dog?
At Pooper Dooper, the safety and well-being of your dogs is our priority. We use kennel-grade disinfectants and change our shoe covers between yards to prevent germ transmission. To give you peace of mind, we take photos of the cleaned gates, ensuring your pets are safe at home.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal, calling or sending us a text.
Does Pooper Dooper provide services year-round?
Yes! We provide pet waste removal services all year round. While snow or bad weather may occasionally delay service, you will be notified, and we usually catch up within one to two days. Please note that there may be areas in your yard covered with snow and ice that we cannot access until the snow melts.
What does Pooper Dooper do with the poop?
Pooper Dooper takes the pet waste after each cleanup and properly disposed of it.
